Reschedules/ Raincheck and Refunds.

As much as we’d like to- we can’t control when the weather decides to play fair. While we do not offer refunds on reserved spots for events, your reservation will always be valid for the next session. No need to do anything!

Our “raincheck date” is always listed on the original posting of the event as well as at check out for your convenience.

Can’t make a certain date?

No worries, just shoot us an email at LetsLink@LinksAndAces.com and we will get you squared away for the next event!

Things we don't want to have to do:

We reserve the right to revoke membership and/or permanently ban members.

How to NOT get banned:

• Dont be a jerk.

  Disruptive/destructive/harassing behaviors. We have a zero tolerance policy in regards to any form harassment of our members, vendors or affiliates. Violation will result in a lifetime ban. We take safety seriously in order to maintain a fun, welcoming environment.

• Don't be shiesty.

  Chargebacks or report of fraud for events or items paid directly to Links & Aces will result in revoked membership. We are a community based club that does our best to create a space where we can come together and thrive. Transparency is key! We keep pretty solid records and do our best to communicate so that there are no surprises! Have a problem? Talk to us, we don’t bite!

Injury and liability

You are responsible for the cost and risk in the case of injury at one of our hosted events.

We do our best to look out for our neighbor but, We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost items at our events.
